摘　要:誤差補(bǔ)償是一種有效提高三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)精度的方法。在簡(jiǎn)單介紹三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，綜述了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)量誤差補(bǔ)償技術(shù)研究的意義與現(xiàn)狀，并給出了一些有益的建議和結(jié)論。[著者文摘]
