摘　要:誤差補償是一種有效提高三坐標測量機精度的方法。在簡單介紹三坐標測量機產生與發展的基礎上，綜述了目前國內外三坐標測量機測量誤差補償技術研究的意義與現狀，并給出了一些有益的建議和結論。[著者文摘]
