三坐標測量機在高速測量過程中的動態誤差研究

摘　要:本文研究了三坐標測量機在高速測量過程中的動態誤差。以一臺移動橋式三坐標測量機為例，分析了其動態誤差的產生原因，建立了其動態誤差的數學模型，并對動態誤差進行了全面的測量和補償。實驗證明，三坐標測量機的動態誤差具有一定的重復性，可用軟件補償，從而提高三坐標測量機快速測量的精度。[著者文摘]

Taking a moving bridge CMM as example, its dynamic error sources are analyzed, the mathematic model for dynamic error is established and the dynamic errors are measured and compensated completely.
