數(shù)字多用表不確定度評(píng)定方法探析
葛琳青海電力試驗(yàn)研究所,青海西寧810008摘 要:依據(jù)JJG315-83《直流數(shù)字電壓表》以數(shù)字多用表檢定裝置測(cè)量數(shù)字多用表電壓檔為例,通過重復(fù)性測(cè)試試驗(yàn)分析及示值測(cè)量分辯率、檢定裝置引起的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度、上級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器校準(zhǔn)不確定度4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行其測(cè)量不確定度的評(píng)定方法。[著者文摘]
