摘 要:TH320型全洛氏硬度計采用分段數(shù)字化調(diào)整的方法,有效克服了普通洛氏硬度計因示值線性不好而造成的調(diào)整困難,使示值調(diào)整變得簡捷、方便。同時,全洛氏硬度計的每一個硬度范圍段的示值誤差調(diào)整是完全獨立的,即調(diào)整某一個范圍段的示值誤差修正量對其他范圍段示值的修正幅度毫無影響。如何利用手中的有限的標準塊,修正標尺整個測試范圍內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù),該文通過實際數(shù)據(jù)的測試,進一步認識了TH320全洛氏硬度計在示值誤差調(diào)整方面的特點。[著者文摘]

Further Discussion on the Error Adjustment of Indication Figure of TH320 Rockwell AccelerometerZONG Bin, WANG Er-ping, WEI Jian-zhong College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100022, ChinaAbstract:Through the subsection digital adjustment, TH320 Rockwell accelerometer gets over the difficulty in adjustment experienced by common Rockwell Accelerometer due to poor demonstration linearity, thus the value indication adjustment becomes easy and convenient. Meanwhile, the error adjustment of each rigidity range of TH320 is independent from each other, namely the error correction value of certain section has no impact on the correction range of other sections. In this article, tests of actual data are summed up to further illustrate the features of TH320 in indication value adjustment, particularly in terms of utilizing the limited number of standard blocks to correct the figures of the whole testing range of the scales.[著者文摘]
