摘 要:針對小模數齒輪傳統方法測量難,費時費力等缺點,提出了一種基于三坐標測量機CCD測頭在齒輪偏差測量中的新方法。該方法可以實現在齒廓有效工作范圍內自動快速掃描齒廓坐標,并直接進行數據存儲與處理,通過漸開線擬合的方法得到各偏差,實現在線測量。理論分析和實驗表明,本方法對小模數齒輪的測量具有簡便、無接觸和效率高的優點。[著者文摘]

This paper presents a new method to measure pitch and tooth error of involute spur gear by CCD camera on CMM. The method can be achieved in the value of the profile automatically scan profde coordinates and processing data, through fitting involute to obtain the deviation.
