摘 要:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的最佳動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量精度,介紹了接觸式測(cè)頭的工作原理,研究了測(cè)頭動(dòng)態(tài)特性與測(cè)量機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量精度之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,提出了測(cè)頭動(dòng)態(tài)有效作用直徑的概念。利用實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了測(cè)量機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)DCC參數(shù)對(duì)測(cè)頭動(dòng)態(tài)有效作用直徑的影響,結(jié)果表明:測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)頭逼近距離對(duì)作用直徑的影響遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于觸測(cè)速度和移動(dòng)速度對(duì)作用直徑的影響,而移動(dòng)速度對(duì)作用直徑的影響最小。[著者文摘]
Research on Dynamic Characteristic of CMM ProbeLiu Yong Yang HongtaoLiu Yong Yang HongtaoAbstract:To implement the optimal dynamic measuring precision of CMM,the measurement principle of the contacted probe is introduced. The complex relationship between the dynamic characteristics of probe and dynamic measurement precision of CMM is researched, and the concept of dynamic effective functional diameter of the probe is proposed. The influences of the DCC parameters of CMM on the dynamic effective functional diameter of probe is analyzed by the experiments. The results of the experiments show that the approaching distance has more effect on the functional diameter change than the probing and moving velocity of the probe, and the moving velocity has the least effect on the change.[著者文摘]
