[3]西安交通大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,陜西西安710049摘 要:為了在直流到100kHz的寬頻范圍內(nèi)能精密測(cè)量、校準(zhǔn)交流電阻國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中1Ω~10kΩ的交流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器,研制出一款交直流通用的開爾文電橋;并采用替代法,以考察100Ω、1kΩ雙螺旋線繞結(jié)構(gòu)交流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器的頻率特性為例,試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所研制的電橋具有準(zhǔn)確度高、操作簡(jiǎn)單及工作頻帶寬等優(yōu)點(diǎn),達(dá)到了所需的技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求。[著者文摘]

School of Electrical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, Shaanxi 710049, ChinaAbstract:For the accurate t and calibration of the AC standard resistors in the resistance range from 1 Ω to 10 kΩ, a new type of Kelvin bridge operating at the frequency range from DC to 100 kHz is designed, and a measuring method of substitution is developed. The experimental results of 100 Ω and 1 kΩ standard resistor prove that this bridge takes some advantages, such as high accuracy, simplicity of operating and wide working frequency range, which has already met the specification requirements of the Subject of "The National AC Resistance Standard".[著者文摘]
