以往的扭力扳手中測量元件多為圓柱體形狀,通過測量柱體剪應力來標定扭矩,而圓柱形材料抗扭強度低,導致扭矩測量量程范圍較小,不能進行大扭矩測量。文中利用懸臂梁力學模型,提出了利用杠桿原理、應變電測和撓度測量三種不同的測量方法進行扭力扳手的設計方案,并且制造了一個簡易裝置在扭轉試驗機上進行了標定測試,取得了很高的測量精度。[著者文摘]

The measuring components are usually shaped in the form of cylinder in former torsion wrenches. The calibration of torsion torque is determined by the measurement of shearing stress in the cylinder. However, the torsion stiffness is relatively low in cylinder materials. Thus, the measurement range for the contortion is somewhat narrow and is unfit for the measurement of mass torsion torque. With cantilever beam model, based on three different methods, namely, leverage theory, electronic strain measurement and flexibility measurement, a special design has been obtained for the case of torsion wrenches. Moreover, a simple device has been made for the purpose of calibration on torsion testing machine. The results obtained by the experiments are in high precision.[著者文摘]
