摘 要:根據食用植物油中酸價測定的原理,全面考慮了整個分析過程的不確定度來源.建立其結果的數學模型,并計算其測定全過程的不確定度分量、結果標準不確定度及擴展不確定度。提出的方法適用于食用植物油中酸價測定的不確定度評定。[著者文摘]
