間接測量系統模型的不確定度分析
潘光斌[1,2] 陳光[礻禹][1][1]電子科技大學自動化學院,四川成都610054 [2]中國工程物理研究院計量測試中心,四川綿陽621900摘 要:從間接測量系統模型化分析的角度出發,根據測試變量的數目、類型等特征,以及系統輸出與輸入間的函數關系,并結合一些實際的電學、力學參數計量檢定實例,討論了在不同的間接測量系統模型中測量不確定度的評定方法,對ISO測量不確定度評定導則中給出的標準不確定度分析方法進行了補充和擴展。[著者文摘]
