摘 要:介紹了國(guó)際單位制(SI)基本單位的量綱方程、新定義,以及中國(guó)計(jì)量研究院在質(zhì)量單位研究的最新進(jìn)展.闡明了“能量天平”方案核心中M/T的量綱是歐姆.建立了互感測(cè)量裝置,自行研制的低頻數(shù)字補(bǔ)償器法.模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:測(cè)量不確定度主要來(lái)自被測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)互感的不穩(wěn)定性.其不確定度為1.5×10^-3,說(shuō)明了不確定度主要來(lái)源于測(cè)量位置準(zhǔn)確性,采用激光系統(tǒng)后有可能得到改善.該項(xiàng)研究的重要意義在于研究和驗(yàn)證一些國(guó)際上已有計(jì)量方案,而不是簡(jiǎn)單地模仿之.[著者文摘]
A new trend in the technology of measurement and testingZHANG Zhong-hua Institute of Electronics and Quantum Sciences, National Institute of Metrology of China, Beijing 100013, ChinaAbstract:Dimension equations and new definitions of the basic units of the International System (SI) were introduced. The new development of mass unit in the National Institute of Metrology of China was described. The dimension of M/T in the "ME Balance" is Ohm. A device of the mutual inductance measurement was constructed. A method of the low frequency digital compensator was self made. The uncertainty of the model test result, 1.5 × 10^-3, indicated that the measurement uncertainty was mainly originated from the instability of the standard mutual inductance tested and the veracity of measurement positions. When the laser testing system was used, it may be improved. It is important that the "ME Balance" is one of the measurement projects in the international researches, but not just an imitation of them.[著者文摘]
