精密壓力表示值誤差測(cè)量不確定度的評(píng)定及其Excel計(jì)算方法
葉桂珍 陳芬廣東省電力試驗(yàn)研究所,廣州510600摘 要:通過對(duì)精密壓力表示值誤差測(cè)量不確定度的分析、評(píng)定與實(shí)例計(jì)算，詳細(xì)介紹了如何在Word文檔中插入Excel電子表格；如何利用Excel的計(jì)算功能來實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差與合并樣本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的計(jì)算。各不確定度分量的匯總，合成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度及其有效自由度和擴(kuò)展不確定度的計(jì)算；如何利用設(shè)計(jì)好的Excel電子表格來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)任意一個(gè)測(cè)量結(jié)果的擴(kuò)展不確定度的計(jì)算。[著者文摘]
