測量不確定度的討論
朱鳳敏[1] 張太平[1] 李同君[2] 曹慧楠[1][1]黑龍江測繪計量儀器檢定站,黑龍江哈爾濱150086 [2]綏汾河市鑫達土地勘測有限公司,黑龍江綏汾河157300摘 要:以往我們都用“誤差”來評定測量結果的好壞,隨著生產和科學技術的發展,這一評定方法已不適應現今形勢。故而引出用“測量不確定度”來評定測量結果。我國1999年就發布了國家計量技術規范JJG1059--1999《測量不確定度評定與表示》,本文根據相關的測量規范,就二者的區別和不確定度表示方法評定做一簡單的分析和探討。[著者文摘]

Xinda Land Reconnaissance Ltd. , Cuifenhe 157300, ChinaAbstract:With the development of the technology of production and sciences, the method of uncertainty degree is used to evaluate the surveying results in stead of ‘error' for adapting to modem application. In 1999, China issued the national regulations of metrological technology JJG1059 -1999, named Evaluation and Denotation of Uneertatinty Degree of Survey. Based on the relevant regulations, this paper simply analyzed the distinction between the two evaluating methods, and briefly discussed the uncertainty degree method.[著者文摘]
