測(cè)量不確定度的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
徐小文[1] 蘇東林[1] 郭俊峰[1] 劉志航[2][1]北京航空航天大學(xué),北京100083 [2]中國(guó)航天科工集團(tuán)公司三院35所,北京100013摘 要:該文在電源線傳導(dǎo)發(fā)射測(cè)試的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)測(cè)量不確定度在電磁兼容測(cè)試中的影響進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。該文分析了A類(lèi)和B類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度以及系統(tǒng)誤差。結(jié)果表明實(shí)驗(yàn)布置的細(xì)微差別都會(huì)給測(cè)試結(jié)果帶來(lái)很大的影響。[著者文摘]
