摘 要:為解決阻抗計量中四端對標準電阻器在直流下標定交流下使用的問題,研究了四端對標準電阻器高頻(100kHz~10MHz)特性的測量原理及方法.測量原理是以擴展頻段的電容標準(1pF~0.01μF)為量值標準,在四端對阻抗測量原理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用單端口阻抗測量中開路-短路-負載的校驗技術(shù),確定四端對標準電阻器的高頻特性.測量方法在保證測量儀量程電阻不變的情況下,用不同的電容標準測定同一只電阻器,有效克服了測量儀器的非線性誤差.該原理及方法,降低了測量結(jié)果的不確定度,為四端對電阻器的高頻應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù).[著者文摘]

Division of Electricity and Quantum Metrology, National Institute of Metrology, Beijing 100013, ChinaAbstract:Measurement theory and method of high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance are studied in order to resolve the problem that resistance value marked in the DC is used in the high-frequency range. Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance, measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load (OSL) calibration technique. Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument' s measurement range invariable. It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument. The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance' s application in the high-frequency range.[著者文摘]
