摘 要:為解決阻抗計(jì)量中四端對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器在直流下標(biāo)定交流下使用的問題,研究了四端對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器高頻(100kHz~10MHz)特性的測(cè)量原理及方法.測(cè)量原理是以擴(kuò)展頻段的電容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1pF~0.01μF)為量值標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在四端對(duì)阻抗測(cè)量原理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用單端口阻抗測(cè)量中開路-短路-負(fù)載的校驗(yàn)技術(shù),確定四端對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電阻器的高頻特性.測(cè)量方法在保證測(cè)量?jī)x量程電阻不變的情況下,用不同的電容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)定同一只電阻器,有效克服了測(cè)量?jī)x器的非線性誤差.該原理及方法,降低了測(cè)量結(jié)果的不確定度,為四端對(duì)電阻器的高頻應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù).[著者文摘]

Division of Electricity and Quantum Metrology, National Institute of Metrology, Beijing 100013, ChinaAbstract:Measurement theory and method of high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance are studied in order to resolve the problem that resistance value marked in the DC is used in the high-frequency range. Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance, measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load (OSL) calibration technique. Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument' s measurement range invariable. It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument. The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance' s application in the high-frequency range.[著者文摘]
