國(guó)內(nèi)外邵氏硬度計(jì)的分類和校準(zhǔn)方法探討

摘　要:
邵氏硬度是目前國(guó)際上應(yīng)用比較廣泛的一種硬度測(cè)量方法。介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外各個(gè)主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)邵氏硬度計(jì)的分類，以及各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間對(duì)邵氏硬度計(jì)技術(shù)參數(shù)的不同要求，包括硬度計(jì)的試驗(yàn)力以及壓針、壓足幾何尺寸。并參照國(guó)內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提出了較為方便有效的校準(zhǔn)方法，為計(jì)量部門(mén)開(kāi)展不同類型邵氏硬度計(jì)校準(zhǔn)工作提供技術(shù)依據(jù)，也為企業(yè)、科研單位在使用邵氏硬度計(jì)時(shí)提供參考。[著者文摘]

At present, shore hardness tester method is one worldwide method for hardness measurement. The classification of shore hardness testers in dominating standards was introduced, and the different of each standard on the technique parameter of shore hardness testers, including the test force, pressure needle and press foot size of the tester was also discussed. According to the domestic standards, a convenient calibration method was brought forward to offer the technique bases for calibrating shore hardness tester in metrology institutes, and offer references for corporations and scientific research organizations to use shore hardness testers.[著者文摘]
