問題：英文版GUM 1995 中為什么沒有 annex I

找了找網上的英文版 GUM 結果只找到一版 SASO沙特的版本
里面的附錄從 ANNEX A 到 K
為什么偏偏沒有 ANNEX I ？
是這個版本缺少的問題？
還是本來就沒有？那為什么不編號從A 到 J 呢？

下面是前言FOREWORD
The Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) has adopted the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO /1995) “A Guide to Expression of Uncertainty in
Measurement”. The text of this international standard has been translated into Arabic
without any technical alterations for approval as a Saudi standard.

我今天看了ISO GUIDE 98-3—2008（GUM：1995）.在109頁下方的注釋寫到：When the GUM was first published, there was an editorial rule in effect which prohibited the use of an Annex I. That is why the annexes go from Annex H directly to Annex J.
顯然這是有意為之，我之前好像在某個標準的編寫規范里也看到類似的要求，記不清了，不過這本2008已經回答了你的問題。
