易先軍 文小玲 劉翠梅武漢工程大學(xué)電氣信息學(xué)院,湖北武漢430073摘 要:針對采用鉑電阻對溫度進(jìn)行高精度測量,從硬件電路和曲線擬合2個方面進(jìn)行了研究。電路上采用同一個電壓給傳感器恒電流驅(qū)動電路和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路作參考電壓,保證了溫度檢測的精度,并用最小二乘法直接擬合了描述采樣值一溫度關(guān)系的曲線,彌補了Pt100測溫時信號從鉑電阻到A/D轉(zhuǎn)換的過程中各個中間環(huán)節(jié)所產(chǎn)生的偏差。該方法可使測量偏差優(yōu)于0.05℃,并已在研制的高精度溫度溫差控制系統(tǒng)中得到應(yīng)用。[著者文摘]
Study of high-precision temperature measurement based on platinum resistanceYI Xian-jun, WEN Xiao-ling, LIU Cui-mei School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Wuhan 430073, ChinaAbstract:The high-precision t of temperature in platinum resistance is introduced,its research covers two aspects, such as the hardware circuit and curve fitting. In hardware circuits sensor constant current drive circuit and A/D converter circuit use the same voltage as a reference voltage, so it guarantees the temperature measurement accuracy. In curve fitting, it fits the curve which describes the relations of sampling value-temperature by using least squares method, It compensates the deviation which occurs in each middle part of the signal from platinum resistance to the A/D conversion in the temperature measurement of Ptl00. This method can make measurement error superior to 0.05 ℃, and now it applies to the development of high-precision temperature thermal control system.[著者文摘]
