摘 要:針對(duì)我國大多數(shù)鍛件生產(chǎn)廠測(cè)量鍛件技術(shù)落后,測(cè)量環(huán)境惡劣,人工測(cè)量誤差較大的現(xiàn)狀,分析了基于CCD器件尺寸測(cè)量的原理,提出了一種運(yùn)用數(shù)字圖像處理的非接觸在線測(cè)量鍛件尺寸的方案,同時(shí)運(yùn)用高級(jí)語言編寫系統(tǒng)軟件,并分析了該方案測(cè)量誤差的計(jì)算方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該方案價(jià)格低廉,操作簡單,適應(yīng)性廣且測(cè)量結(jié)果能達(dá)到實(shí)際要求。[著者文摘]
Research of on-line non-contact geometry measurement system for large forging partsLIU Yong, HUANG Jie, LI Yang-yang, ZHENG Lu-yao, YANG Fu School of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610065, ChinaAbstract:In our country, the measurement technology of forging parts in most of forging plants is poorly developed, its measurement environments are harmful, and the artificial measurements cause great errors. When these are taken into consideration, an on-line non-contact geometry measurement scheme was proposed with the digital image process technology according to the principle of size measurement based on the CCD(Charge Coupled Devices). The software system was written by senior language, at the same time the calculation of the error produced in this scheme was analyzed. The experimental results showed that this system was cheap, its operation was easy, it had wide adaptability, and the measurement results could fulfill the actual requirements.[著者文摘]
