摘 要:針對我國大多數(shù)鍛件生產(chǎn)廠測量鍛件技術(shù)落后,測量環(huán)境惡劣,人工測量誤差較大的現(xiàn)狀,分析了基于CCD器件尺寸測量的原理,提出了一種運用數(shù)字圖像處理的非接觸在線測量鍛件尺寸的方案,同時運用高級語言編寫系統(tǒng)軟件,并分析了該方案測量誤差的計算方法。實驗結(jié)果表明該方案價格低廉,操作簡單,適應(yīng)性廣且測量結(jié)果能達到實際要求。[著者文摘]

When these are taken into consideration, an on-line non-contact geometry measurement scheme was proposed with the digital image process technology according to the principle of size measurement based on the CCD(Charge Coupled Devices). The software system was written by senior language, at the same time the calculation of the error produced in this scheme was analyzed. The experimental results showed that this system was cheap, its operation was easy, it had wide adaptability, and the measurement results could fulfill the actual requirements.[著者文摘]
