摘 要:電子式電流互感器的研究已經(jīng)進(jìn)入實(shí)用化階段,其校驗(yàn)和測試工作也引起了廣大研究人員的關(guān)注。文中利用計(jì)量學(xué)中的不確定度理論,對(duì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)不確定度進(jìn)行來源分析,給出電子式電流互感器校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)整體不確定度的評(píng)定方法,由LabVIEW開發(fā)的虛擬儀器來實(shí)現(xiàn),并對(duì)2個(gè)不同校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了不確定度比較。通過對(duì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行不確定度評(píng)定,不僅能夠評(píng)價(jià)測量結(jié)果的可信度,為使用者提供科學(xué)的參考依據(jù),而且也可以為不同的校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)提供可比性參數(shù)。[著者文摘]
Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for the Calibration System of Electronic Current TransformerSHANG Qiufeng , ZHANG Jing , DONG Jianbin 1. Shijiazhuang University of Economics, Shijiazhuang 050031, ChinaAbstract:A study on the electronic current transformer has already been entered into practical application, and its verification and the test work have also attracted attention of researchers concerned. Using the measurement uncertainty theory of metrology, the uncertainty source is analyzed, the measurement uncertainty evaluation method for the calibration systems of electronic current transformer is given and implemented with the virtual instrument developed by LabVIEW. An example of the uncertainty comparison of two different calibration systems is given. With uncertainty evaluation to the calibration system it can not only provide the confidence of the measurement result of the calibration system, and used as the science reference for the user, but also can provide comparable parameters for different verification systems.[著者文摘]
