彩色亮度計(jì)光源色度的不確定度分析

摘　要:JJG211—2005亮度計(jì)檢定規(guī)程已頒布實(shí)施，它同時(shí)囊括了亮度計(jì)和彩色亮度計(jì)的檢定，增加了光源色度參數(shù)的校準(zhǔn)。在實(shí)施實(shí)踐中，校準(zhǔn)彩色亮度計(jì)所用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射色板采用了色差計(jì)校準(zhǔn)用的一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射色板，校準(zhǔn)時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射色板溯源證書中的A／2，0／45的數(shù)據(jù)。從彩色亮度計(jì)中光源色度參數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，以及對(duì)其測量結(jié)果的不確定度分析，均證明新規(guī)程校準(zhǔn)方法正確，而共用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射色板亦可行，校準(zhǔn)效果良好。[著者文摘]

Uncertainty evaluation of illuminant chromaticity for color luminance meterYU Pei-ying Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, Shanghai 201203, ChinaAbstract:National verification regulation for luminance meter, JJG 211-2005 was published and implemented. This regulation was used to verify either luminance meter or color one, and calibration of illuminant chromaticity was required. During color luminance meter calibrating, its standard reflection shade guide was the same as that for colorimeter calibration, and these standard values A/2,0/45 according to certificate of standard reflection shade guide were used. It is proved that method of this new verification regulation is correct, standard reflection shade guide for colorimeter calibration could be used in color luminance meter calibration, and its calibration results is very well according to experimental data of illuminant chromaticity parameters for color luminance meter and measurement uncertainty.[著者文摘]
