摘 要:分析了分光法測(cè)試發(fā)光二極管(LED)顏色的測(cè)量不確定度,著重分析了光譜功率分布測(cè)量不確定度和波長(zhǎng)不確定度對(duì)顏色測(cè)量的不確定度影響,給出了幾種典型LED的分析結(jié)果,結(jié)果表明,5%的光譜功率分布測(cè)量不確定度和0.5nm的波長(zhǎng)不確定度在一般情況下可以滿足精度要求為0.001的LED顏色測(cè)量。[著者文摘]
