摘 要:分析了分光法測試發光二極管(LED)顏色的測量不確定度,著重分析了光譜功率分布測量不確定度和波長不確定度對顏色測量的不確定度影響,給出了幾種典型LED的分析結果,結果表明,5%的光譜功率分布測量不確定度和0.5nm的波長不確定度在一般情況下可以滿足精度要求為0.001的LED顏色測量。[著者文摘]
