激光跟蹤儀現場測量的系統不確定度研究

摘　要:在分析激光跟蹤儀系統不確定度的基礎上，通過對Leica激光跟蹤儀LTD840進行相關實驗，提出了一種激光跟蹤儀現場測量不確定度的評估方法，并通過實驗驗證了相關結果。[著者文摘]
