摘 要:對原子吸收分光光度法測定土壤中銅元素含量的不確定度進(jìn)行評定,分析其不確定度的主要影響因素。結(jié)果表明影響其測量不確定度的主要原因是由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液引入的不確定度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線引入的不確定度和重復(fù)測量引入的不確定度。[著者文摘]
