摘 要:本文簡述電氣領(lǐng)域如何評定測量不確定度過程,并結(jié)合cnas T0346低溫試驗?zāi)芰︱炞C計劃,識別和具體分析低溫試驗中各測量不確定度的來源,對各種影響因素進行評價,論述人、機、料、法、環(huán)、測各環(huán)節(jié)對測量結(jié)果的影響,給出了低溫試驗測量結(jié)果不確定度的評估過程。[著者文摘]
Estimation of Measurment Uncertainty for Low-temperature Test Proficiency Testing ProgramAbstract:This thesis gives a brief introduction of the steps how to estimate the uncertainty in electric sector, and for low-temperature test proficiency testing program (program No.: CNAS T0346), identifies and evaluates the factors may significantly influence the measured value, describes the sources arise from person,equipment,sample,mathed and measurment, then calculates the contribution and reports the uncertainty for low-temperature test.[著者文摘]
