本實(shí)驗(yàn)室選用干活塞氣體流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器,對(duì)熱式氣體質(zhì)量流量計(jì)進(jìn)行示值誤差測(cè)量。本文考察了校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),分析了質(zhì)量流量計(jì)示值誤差的測(cè)量不確定度來(lái)源,對(duì)流量示值誤差的測(cè)量不確定度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
A dry piston gas flow prover was used for measuring indication error of thermal mass gas flowmeter.The sources of measurement uncertainty of gas flowmeter indication error were analyzed in the calibration process,then the measurement uncertainty was evaluated.
