電子天平測量結果不確定度的研究

摘　要:為解決電子天平在測量過程中達到用測量不確定度來統一評價測量結果質量的問題,對電子天平測量結果不確定度進行了研究。依照電子天平復現質量之差的原理,采用分析誤差源的方法,研究測量過程中用電子天平來復現質量,給測量結果引入不確定的范圍。通過本方法的研究而得到電子天平測量結果不確定度,對電子天平測量結果的質量有了比較可靠的保證。[著者文摘]
