Sensitivity Requirements - At least once each year the sensitivity of the dielectric equipment is to be checked. The sensitivity of the equipment is to be such that when adjusted to produce the required test voltage and with a 120,000 ohm resistor across the test terminals, the equipment indicates a "breakdown" (a nonconforming performance indication by the tester) within 0.5 seconds. The resistor used shall be provided by the manufacturer and shall have a resistance found to be equal to or greater than 120,000 ohm when measured using a calibrated ohmmeter traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). If the equipment does not meet this sensitivity test, it shall be readjusted and provision made to maintain the proper calibration.
目前，《JJG 795-2004 耐電壓測(cè)試儀檢定規(guī)程》 此項(xiàng)目是不作檢測(cè)范圍，我司產(chǎn)品大部分銷(xiāo)往美國(guó)市場(chǎng)，必須要做Sensitivity Requirements，建議近快修改此檢定規(guī)程。

    什么是笑話(huà)？是UL在我司審核時(shí)多次要求“耐壓測(cè)試儀應(yīng)增加Sensitivity Requirements檢定的項(xiàng)目”，請(qǐng)你不這樣口謂講話(huà)！唉！！！

)來(lái),其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單的,點(diǎn)檢裝置做出來(lái)后經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn).就符合要求了,謝謝!

高壓機(jī)對(duì)不同產(chǎn)品規(guī)格需要的工作電壓不同，設(shè)定的漏電流閥值也不同，如果按樓主UL的要求，不知如何操作？？樓主說(shuō)的不過(guò)是個(gè)點(diǎn)檢器的要求，和規(guī)程的要求差遠(yuǎn)了。

    第一步：在耐電壓測(cè)試儀輸出端接上120,000 ohm，泄露電流5mA(或其它檔位),調(diào)節(jié)其輸出電壓直至切斷電壓并報(bào)警。
第二步：在耐電壓測(cè)試儀輸出端連接好示波器探頭（倍壓探頭>1Kv，并調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)參數(shù)）。
第三步：測(cè)量其時(shí)間，按耐電壓測(cè)試儀啟動(dòng)按鍵，輸出電壓后切斷報(bào)警即可。如果是AC電壓輸出時(shí)（如：正弦波）就能抓到其波形并保存下來(lái)（一般地示波器可能沒(méi)有此功能，如：TDS3012B可用）,再讀取其波形時(shí)間（UL要求其電壓輸出時(shí)間小于0.5S）。
可能還是沒(méi)有表達(dá)清楚，見(jiàn)諒！《JJG 795-2004 耐電壓測(cè)試儀檢定規(guī)程》是不作測(cè)試要求，美國(guó)新版UL是作強(qiáng)制要求，因此，建議《JJG 795-2004 耐電壓測(cè)試儀檢定規(guī)程》也應(yīng)該盡快修改，CNAS報(bào)告得不到UL認(rèn)同。

就是說(shuō)電壓上升到設(shè)定值1kV的時(shí)間要小于0.5秒

我現(xiàn)在也碰到測(cè)靈敏度的問(wèn)題，有點(diǎn)不太懂了，用什么型號(hào)的示波器探頭阻抗120K歐跪求急！！

我覺(jué)得耐壓機(jī)的輸出容量很重要，在負(fù)載阻值很很低的情況下，加在負(fù)載的電壓要低于耐壓機(jī)的輸出示值。
