)來,其實很簡單的,點檢裝置做出來后經過校準.就符合要求了,謝謝!

高壓機對不同產品規格需要的工作電壓不同，設定的漏電流閥值也不同，如果按樓主UL的要求，不知如何操作？？樓主說的不過是個點檢器的要求，和規程的要求差遠了。

    第一步：在耐電壓測試儀輸出端接上120,000 ohm，泄露電流5mA(或其它檔位),調節其輸出電壓直至切斷電壓并報警。
第二步：在耐電壓測試儀輸出端連接好示波器探頭（倍壓探頭>1Kv，并調節相應參數）。
第三步：測量其時間，按耐電壓測試儀啟動按鍵，輸出電壓后切斷報警即可。如果是AC電壓輸出時（如：正弦波）就能抓到其波形并保存下來（一般地示波器可能沒有此功能，如：TDS3012B可用）,再讀取其波形時間（UL要求其電壓輸出時間小于0.5S）。
可能還是沒有表達清楚，見諒！《JJG 795-2004 耐電壓測試儀檢定規程》是不作測試要求，美國新版UL是作強制要求，因此，建議《JJG 795-2004 耐電壓測試儀檢定規程》也應該盡快修改，CNAS報告得不到UL認同。

此句如何理解？

就是說電壓上升到設定值1kV的時間要小于0.5秒

如果認為規程有問題。是需要往哪提呢？規程作為法律法規。應向地方人民代表大會提嗎？

我現在也碰到測靈敏度的問題，有點不太懂了，用什么型號的示波器探頭阻抗120K歐跪求急！！

我覺得耐壓機的輸出容量很重要，在負載阻值很很低的情況下，加在負載的電壓要低于耐壓機的輸出示值。
