線結(jié)構(gòu)光傳感器標(biāo)定不確定度估計(jì)
劉珂 周富強(qiáng) 張廣軍北京航空航天大學(xué)儀器科學(xué)與光電工程學(xué)院,北京100083摘 要:分析了標(biāo)定樣本數(shù)據(jù)的不確定度對(duì)線結(jié)構(gòu)光傳感器標(biāo)定精度的影響,利用矩陣擾動(dòng)理論和一階不確定度分析理論,給出線結(jié)構(gòu)光視覺傳感器模型中映射矩陣參數(shù)不確定度的評(píng)估方法,并建立了從標(biāo)定樣本數(shù)據(jù)不確定度到標(biāo)定不確定度的傳播模型。利用蒙特卡洛統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明所建立不確定度傳播模型的有效性,為線結(jié)構(gòu)光傳感器標(biāo)定精度的評(píng)估提供了依據(jù)。[著者文摘]

Estimation of uncertainty in calibrating line structured light sensorLIU Ke, ZHOU School of Instrument Science & Fu-qiang, ZHANG Guang-jun Opto-electronics Engineering, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing 100083, China Abstract:The influence of uncertainty of feature points on the calibration accuracy of the line structured light vision sensor was analyzed in the paper. Based on the theory of matrix turbulence and first-order uncertainty analysis, a feasible method for estimating the uncertainty of parameters of homography matrix was proposed, and propagating model of uncertainty from errors of the feature points to the calibration error was established as well. Simulation experiments conducted with Monte Carlo statistic method reveal that the proposed propagating model of uncertainty is valid. Based on the established uncertainty model, one practical error evaluating method can be obtained in calibrating the line structured light vision sensor.[著者文摘]
