【摘 要】通過(guò)對(duì)多功能校準(zhǔn)源測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度的評(píng)定,探索出綜合分析多參數(shù)測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不確定度來(lái)
源,分5個(gè)參數(shù)計(jì)算不確定度,即“綜合分析法和n分制評(píng)定法”的結(jié)構(gòu)模式,簡(jiǎn)化了多參數(shù)
建標(biāo)技術(shù)報(bào)告結(jié)構(gòu)的重復(fù)和篇幅的長(zhǎng)度,收到了多而不亂、長(zhǎng)而不重的效果。

Abstract:The paper describes the evaluation ofuncertainty ofmeasurement standard ofthe multi—function calibrator,
and explores a way to an alyse the source of uncertainty for multiparam eter measurement standard,an d count the
uncertainty with 5 parameters.It simplifies the work of preparing technical report for setting up mul邱arameter
measurement standard.
