接觸電阻對(duì)ESD儀器車(chē)電性能測(cè)試的影響

摘　要:對(duì)防靜電系統(tǒng)中的接觸電阻進(jìn)行了分析，給出了接觸電阻的理論模型，提出了減小接觸電阻的具體措施。這些措施提高了防靜電系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的準(zhǔn)確度，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)防靜電設(shè)備ESD性能的測(cè)量具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。[著者文摘]
