接觸電阻對ESD儀器車電性能測試的影響

摘　要:對防靜電系統中的接觸電阻進行了分析，給出了接觸電阻的理論模型，提出了減小接觸電阻的具體措施。這些措施提高了防靜電系統測試的準確度，對現場防靜電設備ESD性能的測量具有重要的現實意義。[著者文摘]
