摘 要:針對我國目前在螺紋環規測量方法中存在的問題,根據其測量原理進行了可靠性分析。提出了對于螺距不大于0.5mm的螺紋環規,采用校對規檢驗作用中徑及單一中徑;而對于螺距大于0.5mm的螺紋環規,則采用校對規檢驗作用中徑,雙球法測量單一中徑。該方法可以克服螺紋環規現行測量方法的不足,減少誤判的風險,得到更可靠的結果。[著者文摘]

And relatively new method for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring has been proposed. In the case of that the pitch is not more than 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the single pitch diameter. And in the case of that the pitch is over 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the double-ball method has been used to measure the single pitch diameter. This method can overcome the shortcomings of the current ways for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring, reduce the risks of wrong estimation and get more reliable measurement results.[著者文摘]
