摘 要:針對(duì)我國目前在螺紋環(huán)規(guī)測(cè)量方法中存在的問題,根據(jù)其測(cè)量原理進(jìn)行了可靠性分析。提出了對(duì)于螺距不大于0.5mm的螺紋環(huán)規(guī),采用校對(duì)規(guī)檢驗(yàn)作用中徑及單一中徑;而對(duì)于螺距大于0.5mm的螺紋環(huán)規(guī),則采用校對(duì)規(guī)檢驗(yàn)作用中徑,雙球法測(cè)量單一中徑。該方法可以克服螺紋環(huán)規(guī)現(xiàn)行測(cè)量方法的不足,減少誤判的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),得到更可靠的結(jié)果。[著者文摘]

And relatively new method for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring has been proposed. In the case of that the pitch is not more than 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the single pitch diameter. And in the case of that the pitch is over 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the double-ball method has been used to measure the single pitch diameter. This method can overcome the shortcomings of the current ways for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring, reduce the risks of wrong estimation and get more reliable measurement results.[著者文摘]
