中國(guó)計(jì)量學(xué)院計(jì)量測(cè)試工程學(xué)院,浙江杭州310018摘 要:依據(jù)GB 4785-1998選擇偏藍(lán)成分較少的暖白色LED光源,采用多橢球反射杯、擋光板和非球面透鏡的投射式系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)出一套LED汽車(chē)前照燈.其中每個(gè)LED光源都有各自獨(dú)立的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了消球差的非球面透鏡和平面擋光板,模擬分析了多橢球反射杯垂直截面橢圓和水平截面橢圓的最佳焦距.采用3個(gè)單個(gè)LED光學(xué)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成近光系統(tǒng),在近光的基礎(chǔ)上增加4個(gè)單個(gè)LED光學(xué)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成遠(yuǎn)光系統(tǒng),其近光系統(tǒng)明暗截止線(xiàn)很清晰且近光和遠(yuǎn)光系統(tǒng)配光性能的模擬結(jié)果都滿(mǎn)足GB4599—94要求.[著者文摘]
An optical design of LED automotive headlamps based on projector systemsYU Gui-ying, CHEN Xiao-li, YAO Shuai, ZHENG Ying-jun College of Metrology and Measurement Engineering, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou 310018, ChinaAbstract:An automotine headlamp of LED based on GB4785-1998 was designed with poly-ellipsoid reflactors, shields and aspheric lens choosing a warm white LED source that contains a little of blue color. Each LED had its optical system respectively. The best focus of the poly-ellipsoid reflector's vertical and horizontal section ellipses was simulated. A higher beam lamp of four LED systems was constructed in the system of lower beam lamps. The photometric result accords with GB4599-94 when the lower and higher learn lamps were simulated.[著者文摘]
