中國計量學院計量測試工程學院,浙江杭州310018摘 要:依據GB 4785-1998選擇偏藍成分較少的暖白色LED光源,采用多橢球反射杯、擋光板和非球面透鏡的投射式系統,設計出一套LED汽車前照燈.其中每個LED光源都有各自獨立的光學系統,設計了消球差的非球面透鏡和平面擋光板,模擬分析了多橢球反射杯垂直截面橢圓和水平截面橢圓的最佳焦距.采用3個單個LED光學系統構成近光系統,在近光的基礎上增加4個單個LED光學系統構成遠光系統,其近光系統明暗截止線很清晰且近光和遠光系統配光性能的模擬結果都滿足GB4599—94要求.[著者文摘]
An optical design of LED automotive headlamps based on projector systemsYU Gui-ying, CHEN Xiao-li, YAO Shuai, ZHENG Ying-jun College of Metrology and Measurement Engineering, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou 310018, ChinaAbstract:An automotine headlamp of LED based on GB4785-1998 was designed with poly-ellipsoid reflactors, shields and aspheric lens choosing a warm white LED source that contains a little of blue color. Each LED had its optical system respectively. The best focus of the poly-ellipsoid reflector's vertical and horizontal section ellipses was simulated. A higher beam lamp of four LED systems was constructed in the system of lower beam lamps. The photometric result accords with GB4599-94 when the lower and higher learn lamps were simulated.[著者文摘]
