摘　要:屏蔽對(duì)抑制電磁場(chǎng)耦合干擾起著重要的作用。為了研究屏蔽在阻抗測(cè)量中的影響，通過(guò)屏蔽原理以及實(shí)現(xiàn)等電位屏蔽，了解屏蔽對(duì)電容、電感、電阻測(cè)量值影響的重要性，進(jìn)而保證測(cè)量值的可靠性。[著者文摘]
