摘 要:為快速準(zhǔn)確定位電氣電子設(shè)備內(nèi)部電路信號受到的瞬態(tài)干擾,可使用普及范圍較廣的示波器進(jìn)行測試。針對電氣電子內(nèi)部電路信號瞬態(tài)干擾波形的特殊性,即高頻含量豐富,空間輻射影響強(qiáng)烈,測試結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度和可信度低,對兩單端探頭矢量差法和差分探頭直接測量法進(jìn)行了分析測試。說明了相應(yīng)的布線措施,并進(jìn)行仿真對比驗(yàn)證,取得了良好的測試效果。提出了簡單易行的布線指導(dǎo)原則,同時(shí)在不具備差分探頭情況下,用文中給出的相關(guān)布線方式,使用共模探頭同樣能夠取得良好的測試結(jié)果。[著者文摘]
Research on Test Method of Transient DisturbanceAbstract:For fixing on the coupling disturbance waveform of the signal circuit well and truly, using oscillograph directly to measure the waveform is the best intuitionistic test method. But the transient disturbance rises fast including much high frequency energy. And the high frequency parts can emit through the space. The test results become suspect. This paper offers a few items for the configuration of the oscillograph and the connection lines of the single-ended probe & differential probe. Following the configuration rules, we achieved satisfying test results with the two test methods.[著者文摘]
