【摘要】 報(bào)告了2003年以來采用量子化霍爾電阻(QHR)監(jiān)測(cè)的原國家電阻基準(zhǔn)的長期漂移率;通過直流電阻副基準(zhǔn)分別與QHR和原主基準(zhǔn)比對(duì),確定了原主基準(zhǔn)相對(duì)于QHR的偏差。2008年1月1日啟用QHR新基準(zhǔn)時(shí),溯源到原基準(zhǔn)的直流電阻及相關(guān)量值的修正量為-0.70μΩ/Ω,該修正量的不確定度為0.05μΩ/Ω,涉及到一等及其以上各級(jí)電阻計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
【英文摘要】 To report the drifts of the former national DC resistance standards monitored by quantum Hall resistance(QHR) since 2003.By comparison among the primary,the secondary national standards of resistance and the QHR,the deviations of former national standard of resistance are determined.Also the correction of all DC resistance on January 1,2008,the start day of QHR standard is predicted-0.70 μΩ/Ω with the uncertainty of 0.05 μΩ/Ω.This involved all standard resistors of grade-1 and the above. |
