成像光譜儀輻射定標(biāo)影響量的測量鏈與不確定度
李幼平[1,3] 禹秉熙[2] 王玉鵬[2,3] 方偉[2][1]北京市地理信息研究所,北京100011 [2]中國科學(xué)院長春光學(xué)精密機械與物理研究所應(yīng)用光學(xué)國家重點實驗室,吉林長春130033 [3]中國科學(xué)院研究生院,北京100039摘 要:分析了成像光譜儀遙感觀測數(shù)據(jù)中包含的地物光譜特征、儀器參數(shù)和大氣傳輸特性等的信息結(jié)構(gòu)。研究了成像光譜儀輻射定標(biāo)的物理過程和測量鏈,應(yīng)用1993年國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織(ISO)頒布的《測量不確定度表示指南》,分析了輻射定標(biāo)11項影響量的測量不確定度和合成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度。遙感輻射定標(biāo)的絕對精度就是不確定度。輻射定標(biāo)需要輻射標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、積分球光源、光譜輻射計以及遙感器上設(shè)置星上定標(biāo)裝置等專用設(shè)備和技術(shù),并經(jīng)過多級測量鏈的測試過程才能完成。光譜輻照度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不確定度在3%~5%,輻射定標(biāo)中其它影響量的測量不確定度限制在1%~2%,成像光譜儀輻射定標(biāo)的絕對精度才能達到5%~8%,這需要相當(dāng)好的儀器設(shè)備和光輻射測試技術(shù)。[著者文摘]

Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, 100039 ChinaAbstract:This paper analyses the information configuration in remote sensing observation data of imaging spectrometer, including the spectral character of ground surface, instrument parameter and atmosphere transmission and also discusses on the physical process and measurement chain of radiometric calibration of imaging spectrometer. Then according to the international updated method of ISO1993(E)' Express Guide of Measurement Uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty and combined standard uncertainty of eleven influence quantities of radiometric calibration are analyzed by the special equipment such as radiation standard, light source of integral sphere, spectroradiometer and in-flight calibration sets and so on. To accomplish the radiometric calibration, the measurement process of muhi-measurement chain is set up. Experimental results show that the radiometric calibration of the imaging spectrometer requires special advanced equipment and technique. To reach the absolute accu-racy of 5%-8% ,the uncertainty of standard spectral irradiance must be 3%-5% and the measurement uncertainty of the other influence quantity items must be limited within 1%-2%.[著者文摘]
