摘 要:根據(jù)測量工字鋼結(jié)晶器型腔的懸臂梁式三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全誤差源的分析,推導(dǎo)了計算主要誤差來源的橫臂梁的變形誤差的計算數(shù)學(xué)模型。建立了懸臂梁式三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)的誤差模型,并根據(jù)該誤差模型進(jìn)行了誤差修正實驗。試驗結(jié)果證明:該誤差模型可以減小并修正測量機(jī)的測量誤差。[著者文摘]
