螺紋環規的中徑測量及其不確定度評定

摘　要:為了解決螺紋量規檢定過程中不能完全覆蓋各種螺紋形式的實際問題，根據螺紋檢定的三針法及雙球法通用原理，應用馬爾測長機及其附件，以雙球法檢測螺紋環規的單一中徑為例，詳細闡述其測量步驟及注意要點，并對此過程進行不確定度分析評定。實驗表明此種檢測方法能夠滿足螺紋環規的正常使用要求，具有測量精度高，操作方便，可信度高特點，為螺紋環規的實際使用提供依據。[著者文摘]

Pitch diameter measuring of thread ring gauge and uncertainty evaluationTONG Yan Sichuan of Institute Aerospace Measurement And Testing,Chengdu 610000,ChinaAbstract:To solve the problem of that thread gauge verification can not cover all kinds form of the thread gauge, the author measured the pitch diameter of thread ring gauge with mahr length measuring machine and its accessories in “double sphere” method, giving particular steps and notices of measurement by the basic theory of “three-wire” and “double sphere” method. At same time the uncertainty of this method has been evaluated. The experiment indicated that it can meet the requirement of general using of thread ring gauge, having the characteristics of “high measuring precision, convenient operating and high reliability” etc.[著者文摘]
