摘 要:在分析了傳統(tǒng)鉑電阻測(cè)溫儀存在的若干不足的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用圖形化編程語(yǔ)言L(fǎng)abVIEW設(shè)計(jì)了鉑電阻虛擬測(cè)溫儀。測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)通過(guò)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字濾波和非線(xiàn)性補(bǔ)償,顯示實(shí)時(shí)溫度值。同時(shí)還具有生成溫度趨勢(shì)曲線(xiàn)、溫度統(tǒng)計(jì)直方圖、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)等信息管理功能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、界面良好、測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確,可以滿(mǎn)足工業(yè)測(cè)試的需要。[著者文摘]
Design of Virtual Pt - resistance ThermoscopeWU Qiang Yangling School, Changzhou Institute of Technology, Changzhou 213002 Abstract:Some deficiencies existing in traditional way of Pt - resistance temperature measurement instrument are analyzed here, on the basis of which the virtual Pt - resistance temperature measurement instrument is designed by means of graphical programming language LabVIEW. With the help of computer software, the temperature measurement system realizes digital filtering and implements the nonlinearity compensation to show live temperature value. Meanwhile, it also has some information management functions such as generating temperature trend curves, temperature statistical histograms, and historical data inquiry, etc. The experimental results indicate that the system is simple in its structure, with good interface, precise measurement, which is able to fulfill the needs of industrial measurement.[著者文摘]
