空軍第一航空學院,河南信陽464000摘 要:以單片機強大的數據處理功能為基礎,以試驗數據的擬合而不是理想集成運放的計算公式為測量依據,提出了檢測環境電勢和現場電勢的新方法,并根據兩者之和即為熱電偶標準電勢這一基本依據,設計了熱電偶冷端自動補償系統的硬件及相關軟件。由于采用了軟件對各電勢信號處理.大大簡化了傳統補償電路,使硬件設計僅包括環境溫度測量、現場電勢測量及單片機的信號處理三個模塊,并且顯著降低了成本。仿真及試驗結果表明,本補償系統可使控溫最大偏差〈5℃。[著者文摘]
Design of Cold End Self-motion Compensation of K Thermal Couple on the Basis of Single ChipWANG Ding-Jiang, WANG Dong-Feng, YANG Hou-Chuan The First Aeronautic Institute of Air Force, Xinyang Henan 464000, China Abstract:On the basis of strong function of processing data by single chip a new method of testing environmental voltage and local voltage was presented in this paper, the measuring foundation of which is simulation of experimental but not ideal formula. The design of the com- pensation system was based on the fact: the sum of two voltage is the standard voltage. Because software was used to process voltage sign, the circuit was simplified evidently. The whole design include only three part, i.e. environmental temperature testing, local voltage testing and sign processing of single chip. Meanwhile, the cost decreased remarkably. The results of emulation and experiment show that, the compensation system can make the maximum error less than 5℃.[著者文摘]
