摘 要:光輻射計量以其獨有的特性被廣泛的應用于各行各業,從近期的國際比對來看,光輻射參數的計量測試占有相當重要的地位,參數涉及越來越多。從最初的坎德拉到應用廣泛的溫度、功率及輻射照度等,體現了光輻射計量技術快速發展的同時,也體現了光輻射技術在各個領域的廣泛應用。本文主要介紹以探測器為基礎的新型的光輻射量傳系統,該系統主要以低溫輻射計為基準,以各種標準探測器、輻射計等為傳遞標準對輻射的各個專業進行量值傳遞,并簡要說明了現階段光輻射計量面臨的新問題及其新的發展方向。[著者文摘]

National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, Chengdu 610021, ChinaAbstract:Radiation metrology has been widely applied in many fields for their partietdarity.Frem the latest international comparison, radiation metrology measurement has very important station, parameters that have been chosen to compare are more and more, from the basic illuminant intensity to radiation temperature and power and radiation irradlance etc. It shows that mdiation metrology technology has rapidly developed and widely applied in many fields.This paper primarily introduced the new radiation transfer system of detector, This system was based on cryogenic radiometry, using detectors and radiometers for value dissemination for different specialty of radiation and briefly introduced some new problems and development that radiation metrology faced.[著者文摘]
