摘 要:按照國際比對組織機構提供的比對樣品及技術指標,采用比較法比對測量原理,完成了國際間小量塊比對任務。建立的測量不確定度分析模型,其擴展不確定度置信概率按國際間要求統一選取95%,包含因子選用2的原則,較以前國內擴展不確定度評定范圍有所縮小,并增加了對測量環境和測量設備的技術要求。此次國際比對證明我們的檢測數據全部有效、可信,其評定方法得到了APLAC組織的認可。[著者文摘]

The authors successfully completed this international comparison of short gauge blocks with the comparative measurement theory. And the mathematical model for evaluating the measurement uncertainty was also built. The evaluated measurement uncertainty was less than that of former domestic measurements when the confidence probability is 95% and the coverage factor k is 2 according to the general international requirements. This international comparison proved the valid and reliable of our test data, and this measurement uncertainty evaluation method has been accepted by APLAC.[著者文摘]
