摘 要:隨機選取2007年廣東省產(chǎn)的稻谷樣品一份,用原子吸收分光光度計石墨爐法測定樣品中鉛含量,參考批學分析中測量不確定度的評估指南》的方法,分析鉛含量測定過程中的測量不確定度的主要來源,包括溶液定容體積、稱量、樣品溶液鉛濃度測定和測量重復性,計算合成不確定度和擴展不確定度。在該樣品鉛含量測定中,稻谷樣品中鉛含量為0.097mg/kg,其擴展不確定度為0.0024mg/kg(置信度95%,包含因子K=2)。[著者文摘]
Uncertainty evaluation of measurement results for the determination of lead in paddyWANG Ya-jun, CHEN Jia-dong, PAN Chuan-rong, ZHONG Guo-cai, CHEN Wei Gunagdong Institute for Cereal Science Research, Guangzhou 510050Abstract:The article firstly chose some sample of paddy grew in GuangDong province, the lead content in paddy was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS).Then according to 〈The Guide of Uncertainty Evaluation for Measurement of Chemical analysis〉, the main sources of the measurement results were evaluated including preparation of various chemical solutions, sample weighting, the certified values of standard referenced materials and the instruments stability and etc. The total uncertainty for the determinations of lead by GFAAS was combined and was calculated. In this analysis, the expanding uncertainty is 0.0024 mg/kg with lead content 0.097 mg/kg.[著者文摘]
